We all come from the source, God, or whatever you want to call it. As we emerge from the Source, we are pure and perfect creations of the Source. As an individuation of that which is infinite, we too are infinite as we are at one with the Source.
So, from the very beginning of our expression in being, we've been perfect and divine manifestations. Yet, because of distortions which come into our life experiences, we accumulate debris which hides our magnificence, not only from the world we express in, but also from our very own awareness. So, as lives go on, we may accumulate more and more debris which appears to darken our divine radiance. Really the divine radiance, the perfection of our being is and always has been Here Now, but covered by the distortional debris which clouds our awareness and expression in being.
The awakening process we are all going through right now, is like a shower which washes away the distortions which hide our divinity. With many lives we may have accumulated quite a crust of distortions so that from the outside we may not be seen as a divine magnificent being, we may not at all act like that either because the distortions are so pronounced as our external expression in being.
What I am getting at is this: We don't have to strive to be that which we already are. We, each and every one of us, are beautiful magnificent beings created in the image and likeness of God, the Source of all expressions in being. Our work isn't to become divine, but rather to clean away the distortions which hide our God given magnificence from ourselves and others.
As you wash your physical body, keep in mind that you are also washing the distortions and debris from your awareness in being. Let it go down the drain, and emerge from each shower with more radiance and light shining through the debris which didn't get washed away yet. With persistence and mindfulness, we uncover the TRUTH of our being, and we express that perfectly in all expression as we walk this physical manifestation path in life expressing.
Rejoice! Rejoice! Rejoice! Sing with joy in your heart and let it be so.

Make A Happy List
As Brad Johnson said in his Facebook streaming "conversation" video, Make a Happy List. Think back in your life to those time when you were experiencing being happy, make a list, feel those feelings as you recall those events. The more you can add to your list, the better. It doesn't hurt to occasionally also review that list and reinstate those happy feelings, particularly when you might be veering away from them.

World War
They aren't calling it a world war, but consider this: What has and is occurring is world wide. The enemy isn't made up of platoons of soldiers with guns, but rather an invisible biological agent that has wreaked havoc on all peoples of Earth.
If you think what has transpired thus far has not been created by beings with nefarious intentions, I suggest you dig a little deeper and get to the facts that lead back to those who engineered this stuff. Follow the money, consider the motivations and agendas. Find out how wide spread this infection has spread all over the world. The infection I just mentioned is the corruption within the political, corporate and media environments as well as other areas of endeavor.
It may be a bit like "finding Nemo" in the mass of information and misinformation, but the evidence is available for those who care enough to find it and expose it further.
We the people are called to duty, for the good of our families, for the good of our communities, for the good of our societies, for the good of Planet Earth. Let us unite in body, mind and spirit, to clean up this mess and renew our highest ideas for ourselves and all peoples of Earth.

Our Own Sovereignty
Standing up for one's sovereignty is realizing our own uniqueness and value in the overall expression in life, and thoughtfully saying NO, to the ideas, images, movie depictions, news fabrications, etc. which do not contribute to the world where our children grow up and thrive in a world where we are united and free from tyranny, where self governance is the norm and is founded upon the principles of Love, Peace, Harmony and Abundance for ALL.
It is very important to actually say something like, "No, I don't want that in my world and life expressing. I do NOT give permission for anything that is harmful to the well-being of myself and anyone else." (abbreviate it to your liking, but speak it out loud so that your voice is heard. and that vibration is carried out into the Universe.
We each have to power to change the ourselves and the world we live in, and it IS important that we each do so.
Light the candle of your being, and then help to light the candles of those around you, by be available for them, in service to the greater good of life and humanity.

Button Pushing
The family dynamic is a microcosm of society in general. Therefore, if you are having issues with your family members during this time when we are sheltering in place, it behooves you to realize the button being pushed are things you'd do well to adjust about your attitudes, behaviors and beliefs. Yeah, I know it is easier said than done, but it is your life, and if you want to continue to have buttons to push, then don't change anything. Your button pushing days will continue. ;)
I'm pretty sure most family member know your buttons and WILL push them for you, so take advantage of your circumstance and make the best of it. :)

Beliefs
The ones you hold to be true steer the ship of your life upon the ocean of life.
Do they empower you, or do they disempower you?
Do they work for you or do you work for them?
Do they engender love, peace and harmony, or do they engender fear, anger, revenge, hatred?
Do they promote freedom, or do they promote bondage?
Depending upon how you honestly answer those questions, so will it be reflected in your life experiencing.
As conscious beings, we create our own life experiencing base upon what we believe to be true, and what we believe to be false. It seems to me, to be a worthwhile endeavor to analyze our beliefs and discard the ones which aren't in service to our own well-being, and the well-being of our planet and all its inhabitants.

Miss the Mark
How many pass judgement on others without really knowing who is being judge? How many people have had first hand experience with and gotten to know someone like our current president, as an example? Almost all the information we receive via media sources, isn't first hand information, because, for instance, I am not personally here with you as you are reading this, and without my presence, you use your own presence to interpret what is being written. And, based upon your own biases, you judge what I write accordingly.
It is easy to judge people based upon what others tell us when we don't apply our own discernment about what is read or seen on the media.
There is that old saying, "Judge not lest ye be judged." and another, "Let those amongst us who are without sin, cast the first stone." (Sin is an archery term which means missed the mark.)
I'm not a very good archer, so I often sin, and I am trying to be the best person I know how to be so that I don't miss the mark as often as I use to.

Remember, from the perspective of ONE, what is manifest in one's experience is here because of the state of one's being. If I see untrustworthy people in my life, it is showing me a flaw in my own creative process, which brought those people into my life experiencing as untrustworthy people. That isn't a bad thing so long as it helps to see how we don't want to be, and therefore pursue the path which unfolds more truly how we truly are as divine beings, playing in consciousness.
Each of us are the light within the darkness. The darkness withdraws as we move through it, and as we sit quietly in meditation, we can enlarge the sphere of our radiance to the far reaches of time, space and dimensions/densities.
Cleaning the lense of our perceptions enables us to see more clearly how and why our life is unfolding in the way it is unfolding. Trusting (LIFE) God, or Source, or whatever name you put upon IT, results in all things unfolding as it should to bring forth well-being for ourselves and all others.
Why do I often end my posts with, "Blessings to us all."?
Because ONE is all inclusive, to bless some and not all, is not expressing this ONENESS truly. I encourage people to make, "Blessings to us all? a heartfelt mantra used often as we walk the path life has unfolding before us.
Try it, particularly when you are drifting off center, you will realize the value of doing so as it brings us back to center where all is Divine.

Don't just survive, THRIVE!
The unusual rains we've been having here in California are a wonderful thing. The rain produces negative ions which help remove airborne particulates. The rains provide moisture for growth as well as clear the air of "virus particles".
If you don't have a negative ion generator in your living space, it may be worthwhile to investigate how helpful they are at clearing the air in your spaces.
Humans are great problem solvers. Given a problem, we CAN and will solve it. This is how we've gotten this far, and how we will continue to prosper in the face of all sorts of "problems" they throw at us.
