Make A Happy List

As Brad Johnson said in his Facebook streaming "conversation" video, Make a Happy List. Think back in your life to those time when you were experiencing being happy, make a list, feel those feelings as you recall those events. The more you can add to your list, the better. It doesn't hurt to occasionally also review that list and reinstate those happy feelings, particularly when you might be veering away from them.
